What happened to my baby!

I opened my pictures and came across this picture of Craig, it made me a little sad. When did my baby get so big? This picture is from the Doucher family reunion when he was 1o months old! Oh, and look at Tigger #1, he is bright orange still!

Family Fun!!

It was finally dry enough to take a trip to the animal farm. The boys just love it there, their new thing id to chase the ducks and geese around. Craig runs around yelling 'goose' and Ryan runs around making this noise that I think is supposed to be imitating the geese. I tried to get it on video but all you can hear is the wind.

I think these ducks might be Ryan's new favorite animals.

Checking out the geese with dad.

They found some more geese to chase.

Craig and Ryan got bike helmets today so they could go for a bike ride with us.

They loved being chauffeured around by me, they kept asking to go again, I must have gone around the block 5 or 6 times. Every time we would take them out they would grab their helmets and ask to go again.

Cheese!

Craig and Ryan are so funny when they are playing together. They walk their dogs on wheels in a big circle throughout the house very loudly (not only are their dogs themselves super loud but both boys are also making very loud noises) and every time they pass us the yell bye and wave. It makes Jeff and I laugh. I am going to try to get it on video.

Ryan is running up to me saying 'cheese' so naturally Craig has to join in! They have been getting a little excited to see the camera lately, I think it might be because they like to say cheese.

Craig and Ryan like to stand at the fence and talk to the neighbors dog, Riley. Riley is so calm when he is playing with the boys through the fence but when there is no fence between them he gets so excited and jumps all over them trying to lick their faces. Just a little after I took this picture Luna got out and Riley was pacing the fence trying to find a way to chase her. Last summer he knocked their fence over and chased Luna up one of our Maple trees.

Trip to Grandpa and Grandma's

It is my dad's birthday on Monday so we went to his house to celebrate with him. I brought along our big soccer ball I just bought for the boys and they were kicking it all over the yard. It was a lot of fun watching all the kids playing and laughing together.

I could hardly believe it, I asked all the kids to sit together for a picture and say cheese and that was exactly what they did.

Checking out the horses.

The kids kept running from one end of the barn to the other.

Ryan thought the horses were big kitty's. He kept pointing and saying 'kitty!'

Craig's new bed!

Craig didn't want to sleep in his crib if it was set up as a toddler bed, he would yell at us to pit it back. We decided to upgrade him to a youth bed and see if that works. He seemed to be excited about the big change. I am going to get him hockey bedding, I know he will be very excited when he sees it. The crib is still set up and he has only asked to go in it a couple of times. He has slept in his big bed both nights since we set it up.

Here is a big smile about the new bed!

Are you surprised that he is flipping through his hockey book before he goes to sleep?
I'm not!

Dancing Ryan

Children are so entertaining, I love watching our boys grow and change.

If Ryan hears music then he has to start dancing! It doesn't matter if it is music on a commercial, the start or end of a show, the radio, or their music player, he will stop whatever he is doing and start dancing. And yes, Craig constantly wanders around the house with a hockey stick in hand and wearing his hockey helmet.

Jeff was working on a Sudoku puzzle the other morning and Craig climbed up on the couch stole the paper and the pen and started working on the puzzle.

Trip to the farm

We invited Jade for a sleep over last week and had lots of fun. The boys love spending time with their cousins, they get so excited when the see them and are very very sad when we have to leave them. We decided we better take advantage of the nice weather and headed to the animal farm. The boys really enjoy walking through naming all the animals and making similar sounds.

Jade was walking Ryan through the animal farm. He kept trying to run away.

Checking out the Lama's, Ryan was mostly interested in the ducks that were in with them. He would move around the fence so he could see them and make quacking noises. The Lama didn't want the ducks around, he/she started to chase them away, it was quite entertaining.

Here they are feeding the donkey's some straw.

Craig kept saying 'donkey, donkey'

Our sweet little boys, Craig went back to get Ryan because he was lagging behind. Sometimes he will go behind him and give him a little push.

How cute are these baby goats, they could hardly walk.

Cool dude!

His hat always ends up sideways.

1, 2, 3.....

GO!
